How to Uninstall Applications in Windows Safe Mode

One Computer Suddenly wont boot and a confirm BSOD during start up.

I can only use or login when on SAFE MODE. Troubleshooting Started. Looked up the Event Manager, Analyze Memory DUMP and found out that MCAFEE antivirus was causing the BSOD.  Therefore the computer is unusable unless MCAFEE is removed from the system. Normally uninstallation and installation of applications at SAFE MODE is not possible unless you perform steps below. 

STEPS ON HOW TO ENABLE UNINSTALLATION AT SAFE MODE:

1. Press Window key + R

2. Type REGEDIT then press enter

3. Navigate to HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SafeBoot\Minimal\

4.  Right Click Minimal key and from the menu select New - Key

5. Name the new key as MSIService and change the value to Service

6. Run net start msiservice at command prompt

After Following the steps above, we can now remove any application we want.  As for me, I have uninstalled MCAFFE, restart the PC, then reinstall it at Normal windows mode and the computer runs without any other issue.
